The East West CDC Foundation was founded in 2021 as 501 (c)(3).  Our team of experienced, community focused professionals, is committed to the betterment of Hyattsville, Riverdale Park and the surrounding areas.

The EW CDC's primary responsibilities are real estate evaluation, acquisition, development and leasing/management with a constant focus on the communities we are working with and how best to work together to continuously improve their available resources and foundations.
